What Yami L dislikes about Bodega Ole:
First time going and had a very bad experience. Asked for the Drunken Fig and Meatballs and didn’t get the meatballs but some cheese potatoes. Told the waitress and very dry she said “nope that’s what you ordered but I can bring it to you” I said no thank you and stayed with the wrong appetizer. The churrasco was amazing however, the yuca mashed was not good. My glass was empty most of the time even though the waitre... View all feedback.
The bacalao was tasty, but the Jamon Iberico loin was overwhelmingly smoky for my taste—perhaps it had too much smoked paprika—and it missed the delicate, nutty flavors I expected. It might be better served in thinner slices rather than the large chunks we received. While I found the piece I tried to be quite tough, other pieces appeared to be more tender. Despite the food not meeting our hopes, we did enjoy the friendly service and live music. Overall, it was a decent experience, but we were hoping for more vibrant flavors.
The food was quite disappointing. They really need to hire a better chef. We waited for an hour and a half for our meal, and the taste was lacking. I won't be returning. The prices are too high for such low-quality food.
I had an amazing experience, food was excellent, service too, very friendly staff, there was live music which I loved, good

The bartender was amazing but the young bedazzled waitress we got gave horrible service.
