While the food has normally been good the service is suffering. After a brief wait I was shown a table with syrup on it. The hostess offered to bring me a drink while I wait on.my server. She brought me a cloudy liquid that looked like coffee with milk,I ordered sweet tea. After waiting 10 minutes and no server coming to my table I left. And no I did not drink the cloudy tea .

I'll begin this review by noting that I grew up in Columbus, Ohio, not far from the original Bob Evans farm, so I have a strong familiarity with the quality of service, food, and atmosphere at Bob Evans restaurants. Unfortunately, I found the food to be overpriced and, quite frankly, disappointing. My whole wheat toast had an unpleasant odor and was served with artificial margarine. The sausage did not resemble the original recipe at all. They also use a private-label ketchup that is subpar and contains high fructose corn syrup. I ordered the Rise and Shine breakfast for $9.19, which includes your choice of meat, eggs, potatoes, and toast. For just $12.69, you can get the Whole Hog, which features sausage patties, sausage links, bacon, country ham, a pancake, French toast, and potatoes. So for an additional $3.50, you can add bacon, sausage links, country ham, French toast, and a pancake—it's hard to see the value here. This chain was already experiencing a decline when I left Columbus in 2017, and it seems to have worsened since then. This is one of the few times in my life that I couldn't finish a breakfast due to the poor quality of the food.

Fantastic breakfast! We’ve never had a disappointing meal at any Bob Evans location. When we arrived during the lunch rush, we were seated right away. The restaurant had a dedicated hostess and cashier, and we even had two servers attending to us. There was a great staff presence at this location. As expected, the food was delicious. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.
