Up has some really solid vegan options. I have the veggie (which comes with a vegan herbal sauce) and the portabella (without the lemon aioli). Both were delicious and I would definitely return. The only bummer was that their chips have Parmesan on them, so no vegan option. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area, but not somewhere I'd go out the way to come.
