The regular tantanmen ramen comes with ground meat (without char siu), while the super tantanmen ramen includes both ground meat and melt-in-your-mouth char siu. It's great that you can choose from soy sauce, miso, or salt flavors. The super tantanmen is a bit pricey at over 1000 yen, but it is very satisfying.
