Tāng Qiáo ān Wèi Jīn Féi Lú

I had the set meal of zaru soba and katsu don. It was a filling and delicious meal, and it was my first time adding quail eggs to the soba broth. I didn't feel much change in taste, but I wondered if it was to make it more mellow. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the friendly staff were also great.

The other day, I went to the mountains and was looking for a delicious soba restaurant, which I found on the internet! This time, I visited Ajitsuboi. It was lunchtime and the parking lot in front of the restaurant was full, so I asked the staff and was directed to a nearby parking spot. The restaurant was crowded with customers, which made me even more excited for the soba. I was seated and ordered the tempura rice bowl set and the tempura soba. The soba was incredibly delicious, to the point where I wanted to order more just the soba alone. The tempura rice bowl set filled me up completely. The soba, tempura, and tempura rice bowl were all delicious, making this restaurant one I would like to visit again. As I went to pay, I saw a TV program with Nakai-kun at the register, who had visited the restaurant before and had a sticker from the show, so I asked to take a photo of it.

"I ordered the recommended dish of the restaurant, the "Zuke Tempura Soba" for ¥1150. It was a relatively reasonable price. The interior of the restaurant had tables with irori, giving it a traditional Japanese soba restaurant atmosphere. The tempura included unique ingredients such as broccoli. The sauce had a unique flavor with a hint of sourness."

知り合いに勧められて初訪問。鴨せいろを注文。鴨肉と鴨のつくねが入っていておなかいっぱいになりました。柚子が香ってすごく美味しかったです。お蕎麦は細めですが、しっかり香りがして美味しかったです。 美味しかったので、次の週にまた伺ってしまいました

づけ天そば￥1150 そばはコシあり固めで量もしっかりあって、海老天と野菜天もボリュームあり。 大根の醤油漬が見た目のほか美味しくて、お土産に購入。 お年寄りなど歯が悪い人にはちょっと硬いそうな。
