Lā Miàn èr Duàn - 長井市

As expected from a popular restaurant, there was a 10-person line even 15 minutes before opening. I ordered a chashu rice bowl (without asking if I wanted mayonnaise) with extra chashu and a large serving of menma. The chashu rice bowl arrived first and it looked exactly how I wanted it to, and tasted delicious. Shortly after, the ramen arrived with thick, curly noodles that weren't my favorite (maybe I should have chosen thinner noodles). But the soup was so tasty that I didn't mind. The menma was rich and flavorful without any artificial seasoning, giving it a refreshing kick. Truly deserving of its popularity.

I tried the special large serving of two-tiered dipping noodles. It has been featured in various media, so I was wondering how it would be, but it was delicious. The pork belly was big and satisfying to eat, and although I thought the soup was a bit light, it left a lasting impression and I finished it in no time. Next time, I would like to challenge the "man-sized" portion!笑

I absolutely love this restaurant. They serve delicious and filling ramen.

男煮干しラーメン 大盛 750円＋100円 限定 魚介出汁しょうゆラーメン 800円 何度かお邪魔させていだいてる長井、つつじ公園の向かい側のお店 メニューや店内のポップはとても味のある手書き、券売機食券、１万円札使えます 開店当初はブルーハーツがエンドレスで流れてた記憶、先日はWANIMAでした 男らしいお店ですがラーメンはとても繊細 自家製麺、無化調です あっさりもいけるしガッツリもいけます どんぶりが深くレンゲがちょっと使いにくいのもいいです 美味しかったです ご馳走様でした

今回は「つけ麺 男盛り」をオーダー。 店舗入ってすぐの券売機にて食券を購入するスタイル。混んでいる場合はボードに名前を記入します。 平日でも結構な待ち数…さすが人気店ですね！ 厨房は男女二方で回しています。テキパキ動かれているので回転はスムーズ。カウンターに案内され待つこと少々、さほど待たずに着丼となりました。 つけ麺は全粒粉をオーダー。麺が全体的に黒っぽくまるでお蕎麦のよう。一般的につけ麺というと太麺が多いなか、こちらは割と細めの美人麺。 先ずはスープに浸けずそのまま一口、…ん～良い香り！プリプリした噛み応えがたまりません。 スープは和風で魚介の旨味が強いです。こちらも一般的につけ麺のスープといえばコッテリしたものが多いのですが、こちらはアッサリの中にしっかりパンチがあってこれまた美味！ 男盛り（二玉）のボリュームもあっという間に美味しく頂きました。 店員さんの受け答えも柔らかく、雰囲気も良かったので星５です！ また伺いたいと思います。
