Contribute FeedbackLocated in a picturesque area of Monterrey, this restaurant is a must-visit spot with impeccable service and mouthwatering food. While some patrons found the halibut overpriced and the ambiance a bit dated, others enjoyed the lovely patio, excellent fish dishes, and delicious desserts. Despite some mixed reviews, many customers have cherished memories of dining here for special occasions and family gatherings. As the current owners prepare to retire, diners will miss the unique fusion cuisine, generous portions, and lively atmosphere at 56 Union.
Very sad to hear that our first visit will likely be our last, as the restaurant is due to close in the next year. Happy to have gotten the chance to sample the sometimes-odd, sometimes-of-course, always-delicious Asian tinged New England fused cuisine. The service was fantastic and our outdoor scenery was phenomenal. Would revisit for sure if the opportunity presented itself, so will be keeping a keen eye on this location's future...
Great food, excellent service! Can't wait for our next visit!
The service was excellent. The fish was prepared well, but the flavor was a bit bland. The entrees were a bit overpriced. The dessert (ice cream sundae) was wonderful.
Lovely backyard dining gracious service good food would recommend highly.
Loved being able to sit under the lights in the garden; magical! Will be so sad to see you go!
