We had haddock as our fresh whol... read more The starters were excellent, with the prawns being a highlight, and the roasted eggplant baba ganoush was absolutely delicious. We had haddock as our fresh whole fish, and it was very well prepared—a real treat, especially since it's somewhat uncommon to be served whole fish in the U.S. My kids were very well taken care of and loved the BBQ half chicken and ribs. We also enjoyed the desserts. The wine list was intriguing, featuring a selection of wines that are less commonly found. Atlas is located a bit outside of the main town, but we had an easy walk there. The service was fantastic. I highly recommend it!

The Triple B burger was rather... read more The ribs are absolutely fantastic and are served with a delightful slaw. Unfortunately, the other dishes don't quite measure up. The Triple B burger was rather unremarkable; the bacon flavor was overshadowed, and the fries were just mediocre. The cod was paired with chorizo, but it lacked enough greens to create a well-balanced dish. Using Spanish chorizo, with its firmer texture and smoky flavor from paprika, would have elevated the meal. The wine selection was decent. Overall, this could be a great addition to the island's dining scene if a few more dishes could reach the same level of quality as the ribs.

Some of the best drinks I've ever had, and I literally have drinks for a life. It is fantastic, passionate and very detailed and it comes all in every cocktail he makes. The bar alone is enough to keep me back, but they also have good food. My favorite place on the island.
