Located in the new business district, and just 3 minutes from the train station, Le Square offers a wide menu menu menu prepared by the Pérou brothers. All this in a warm atmosphere reinforced by a French creative cuisine by the gastronomic reference guides. Le Square is the third restaurant these brothers open in Nantes. It is an inventive kitchen that combines local products with forgotten vegetables and vegetables, rediscovering them along with exotic spices here and there. Business meals, theme nights or wine tastings and dishes are the perfect excuse to come to this formidable restaurant and let you take between unique flavors.

It is the restaurant Chef Pascal Perú (su Frere Loïc has in [sé del Manoir de la regata, but the bistro writer Jean-Jacques Rousseau). Cosy and clean decoration (slate type), a bit of intimacy, near the convention center of the city and the IOC. The restaurant is simple, and is successful in the brewing tradition. But gastro pub... With an open kitchen (it is important to specify). Map changes regularly with seasons of the year. The wine menu is of first quality (wine per cup and bottle). My favourite dishes (see site map): Entrance:-gazpacho tomato and Crab Cake, tomato and sorbet basil, olive oil. Tartare of meat foods with ginger and Thai herbs-Back Crust Bar of spices, eggplant jam Postre: Ruibarbber cake crunch and Coulis Small problem: desserts. Hot Fluid Chocolate is very good, but classic. Other desserts are a bit disappointing, but as indicated above, the map changes regularly with the stations ... Average budget (very) from 20 to 35 € (no wine)
