The waitress was already clearing up the outdoor seating. Nervertheless, she offered to keep the restaurant open for us, which I found really nice! The concept is simple: you choose from a variation of basics green salad, rice, pasta or quinoa (a welcome change), extras (veg and meat) and sauces. I chose red quinoa and topped it off with bunch of greeneries (including avocado and yellow tomatoes) and a vinegar sauce. It was a delicious meal and the portion was quite big as well. Good value for money and a nice place for vegans to choose create their meal. Too bad their opening hours are restricted (they close at 4pm on weekdays).

You choose your salad or pasta, then ask for toppings (veggie or with meat), choose the sauce and there you go. Fresh bagette is on the counter, take as many as you wish. As we were 5, we chose the menu: salad, sweets and drink, around 8 euros. The menu includes 3 toppings but at your choice. The ladies were very nice and explained how the menu works. They also have bagels, but we did not try. You can also sit outside. Decor is authentic, green chairs and tables.
