a great salad bar with a very complete offer of ingredients. perfect to change sandwiches and other well-fat dishes. salads are fully customizable with menus that differ depending on the number of ingredients you add. prices are pretty high, but we have a lot for our money. Too bad that it is sometimes very long to be served when it has trodden what happens often at noon. View all feedback.

the restaurant is more a cafeteria, but it is clean, beautiful and warm. the owners are very ça ring and grow some of their own vegetables! there are many organic options, vegetarian and vegan options. the salad I had was huge and delicious! View all feedback.

How can this salad bar have this rating! The girl of the day who served me (06/25) who is screaming behind her counter, ridiculous portions for a salad at 10€! I do not recommend at all. I wanted someone to explain the concept to me so I would know what to choose... Well, I'm still waiting... In short, flee if you are hungry
The whole thing is pretty good and fresh but the portions would benefit from being a little bigger.
Salad bar lover, I went for a look... It was a real shame, it’s the first time I’ve seen such a poorly garnished salad. Usually, even if you take a “small” size of ingredients, you never end up hungry when you come out… which will clearly not be the case this time I still can't figure out if I was annoying the waitress because I was stopping her from talking with her colleague or if she was just excited about her work, but this is the first time it's left me with that impression. The restaurant would benefit from filling the bowls a little more, which did not even fill half of the bowl in terms of content. Even if it means making a slightly lower margin... it's also the first time that I noticed the cruel lack of diversity in sauce (generally we find pesto rosso and classic pesto... The staff would benefit from being more welcoming, especially by speaking louder! Unfortunately I would certainly not recommend this address, quite the contrary.
Je mange très régulièrement au Verdure pour le déjeuner. J'apprécie particulièrement le fait de pouvoir choisir du quinoa ou des pâtes comme base dans ma salade. Le menu végétarien est idéal pour avoir une salade vegan, une salade de fruits et une boisson à un prix raisonnable. Je n'ai jamais goûté les bagels car ils contiennent tous du fromage et parfois la soupe contient de la crème.
