read moreMayflower restaurant, a once beloved spot known for its fresh Chinese cuisine, has received mixed reviews recently. Some customers have complained about the quality of the food, with concerns about overcooked chicken, generic sauces, and frozen ingredients. Others have expressed disappointment in the customer service, feeling that the new management lacks the dedication and care that the restaurant had under previous ownership. However, amidst the negative feedback, there are still positive voices praising the delicious dishes, such as the sweet and sour pork and prawns, and the attentive service provided by the friendly wait staff. Despite the mixed reviews, Mayflower remains a popular choice for Chinese food in Nanaimo, with loyal customers returning for their favorite dishes.
