I came here to the Windflower Resort on the 22nd of September 2023. I reached late and was informed even later that everything closes at 10:30pm including room service. so I rushed to the restaurant. Food is good but it has a major problem of monkeys and cats. If you are scared of them and a non vegetarian, then don’t go here. Cats will not let you eat Ambience looks good but your experience will be ruined due to these animals View all feedback.
We 3 families) visited here for lunch at 1:15 pm on 26th Jan'24. They brought both veg/ non veg snacks on time within 15 min. which were tasty as well. However, they took more than 45 min. for serving lunch just 3 dishes) and forgot one dish even after that. Veg lunch was just so- so but Non veg was ok. It looked they were unable to handle the rush of 26th Jan. due to lack of cooking staff since they were serving in the rooms as well. Even after complaining to the Mgr., she was not responsive.
The place is pathetic. Attitude of staff is so bad as it they are doing charity. Food order takes forever to come. Food quality next to poor.
Food is good. Ambience is good. Service time needs improvement. Took 35 mins for just two veg dishes.
Had visited Olive Garden at the Windflower Mysore for lunch. I ordered only a couple of items, however they took over 45 mins to get started with these. The restaurant was rather empty and still the service seems to be slow. But the quality of the food is excellent and the pricing is fair. It would be an excellent choice for lunch if they could speed up the service.
A perfect spot for a romantic evening. Ambience is beautiful with dim light and candle light table. Food is decent and staff is friendly. #Ducks #Romantic_Spot #Candle_light #Mysuru_diary
