Fantastic ambience and fantastic food. Taste and quality are awesome ! Ignore the bad reviews. I myself was having second thoughts seeing the bad reviews and was considering BBQ nation. But once I visited, I didn’t regret. Non veg has 1 Chicken tikka, chicken biryani , fish curry, egg curry and bbq chicken salad. Veg has more options and a good selection of deserts. Very bad food. Very bad service. Food served cold. Extremely spicy. Not catering to our needs and service. Not professional to cater to the crowd. Poor behaviour. Not expected from a brand like ITC. Will not come back for sure. View all feedback.
Food was served cold and not fresh paneer was hard and i got rock in the rice

Wonderful experience overall made even better by the friendly hospitality provided by Atisa. Food was also very good but Paneer Makhani could be improved.
Abhishek served us really well. The quality of food and promptness in service is commendable.
The food was really Great and the Ambience was good . The service was especially commendable, very cordial staff members , Our in charge Mr .Abhishek was especially helpful and soft spoken . will definitely recommend.
