McDonald's - Mysuru

This place has been like a 2nd home for me since the last 4 yrs.... I stay in a hostel n u noe what happens next???? get bored of the same food and search for new places to eat. This was the only restaurant near to my hostel... So this is where I go every time I feel like ditching the hostel food... I must say I just love MC.D . I have tried many other MCDs in Bangalore but the burgers here are my favorite. Whatever MCD has to offer you... They do it well... Food???? Ambience???? Cleanliness???? French fries???????????????????????? Service????

In Happy meal, they were not giving story book, no toys also. when we asked for alternative, they said we dont give anything alternative to that. and they charged full price for that. Taste is too average now a days. Customer service is bad. Need to improve a lot lot lot in taste, quality and customer service.

Seems like staff needs better training around managing the outlet . AC was off on upper floor even though customers were sitting...was later on turned once requested Staff kept making loud noises while cleaning the tables Staff clearly did not gave ketchup at initially serving food, I had to go down to get ketchup and tissues also...they had some explanation

Reaching here may be a cumbersome task, based on where you are coming from. If you are coming from North side, you have to cross 1 signal and another signal with u turn. Both signals are of big duration. Parking is scarce. 2 wheels can be managed but for cars,it can be difficult to get parking. It's a 2 floors restaurant with hand wash area washroom. Self service and regular Mc-D menu.

Located in prime location.. easy to access.. drive through is awesome... Quick delivery for drive away... Peak hours are crowded and most of the seats are filled .. staff are well trained and the place is well maintained.. food is good as always..
