Sometimes wrong items are sent had to call them and asked to re- deliver the correct items) and sometimes packaging is not good once delivered dry chicken item without a rubber band, got spilled and ultimately thrown)... Again food is very very good... 2 stars less for the packaging and messed up item delivery
