Visited this Cafe Coffee Day location on Devaraja DD Urs Road in Mysore, Karnataka state India, both in 2017 and also as recently in 2019. It 's also at the very dead end of the shopping area, almost in the corner, quite difficult to locate. It 's next to the liquor shop, True Spirits! The first impression: The inside dining part which I chose was very small, only a few tables available which you have to select, among the far clean and slightly better off out of the worn out chairs. This dining area, needs badly a makeover or uplift, even especially including the chairs. The ambience within the inside diniing area is poor and you only get a peek of the outside corner intersection and nothingekse while seated. The men who handle the orders or checkouts needs to be courteous towards the customers who are either ready to place their orders or do their checkouts. It 's very disrespectful towards a customer when you keep on talking to your coworkers/the female staff. The lady staff, especially most of them are very polite, prompt and very helpful. I think, I made a mistake of not trying the outside dining option which is up a few steps, up the stairs in the same corner right outside. I was actually totally unaware of the outside service and had no idea and the Cashier or the other staff never told me anything! I tried their good coffee, apart from nice Samosas in 2017. It was served with ketchup. Once again in June and July of 2019, I tried the popular Cafe Coffee Day Mysore Filter Coffee along with Samosas. It was pretty good. On a different visit in July 2019, I tried some cup noodles, very hot and a bit spicy apart from some fresh lime juice. They were pretty good. They need to provide more napkins and even ketchup sachets, without having the customers ask for it. I also ordered some Samosas to take back home as a carryout. I also tried their restroom which was in a dark corner and very congested and quite dirty, back in 2017, where you get to by way of a small door just behind the cash register and the food display shelf. I never tried it again and would not recommend to anybody! They a need more spacious, clean and useable toilet constructed. It 's very important to have it when you have either family, children or elderly patrons visiting and needs to use it. There are definitely a lot better CCD outlets in Mysore itself!

Cafe coffee day is a go to palce for a good cup of cappuccino and they have some good options of snacks as well. Garlic toast and chilly cheese toast being a favorite. And their Tropical Iceberg is just great!!

CCD location is very good. Seating arrangement is also good to enjoy the rainy season and the coldness of weather. Good place for couples . Friends group can also visit.

Just an average CCD. Ambience is not very good. No power plugs are available for charging. Wash room is not very good in the basement with space constraints. Ms Geetha is always making all out efforts for keeping the customers happy with the available resources. Appreciate her efgirts. Much more improvements are expected from the management.
