This place is your average run of the mill sushi spot. Good but nothing special. Good service and affordable prices.

So where do I start? 1. We arrived for an early dinner at 4:30pm. There were probably only 5 other tables with people and somehow we got seated at a floating table in the middle, next to the sushi bar and the kitchen door. Considering how big therestaurant is and how many open tables there were that was ridiculous. We were only a party of 2. 2. I ordered the special shrimp tempura bowl. It wasn't shrimp tempura. It was a deep fried shrimp in the same batter as the fish and chips. Presentationwas pretty but for the price? I wouldn't get it again. 3 pieces of shrimp, 2 asparagus split into 4 pieces, and 4 slices of ared bell pepper. 3. Fish and chips the fish was very thick cut and at the same time it fell into pieces with each bite. We'vedefinitely had better elsewhere. 4. The clam chowder was underwhelming. I would not recommend it here. 5. The only item weenjoyed was the calamari. 6. On the bright side our waiter Zack was great!

I dine here a bit when I lived in CT and whenever I’m in town. Food is good here and there is nice artwork on the walls. Being seated is fast. Nice dining experience.

My wife and I decided to get a small bite to eat at Old Towne Mystic and we have been to Go Fish a couple times. This time we got 2 appetizers, the fried calamari and some lobster bisque. We always get the bisque because it's so creamy and delicious. Thecrispy calamari was divine. The aoli sauce was delicious with a nice spice to eat and the calamari was cooked very crispy. Theyalways bring our bread and this bean dip. My wife loves it, but I'm not a fan. I wish they brought out easy to spread butterwith it The atmosphere makes it feel like fine dining. They serve water in blue wine glasses and have a full bar with specialtycocktails and wine. Overall, we always enjoy ourselves when we eat here. 5/5 recommend.

Daddy/Daughter dinner date that did not disappoint. I just wish the price was a little more reasonable, $100 for two drinks and entrees plus a shared appetizer seems like a lot. The food was delicious though, those fried Mac and Cheese bites were reallygood. We each got salmon just In different preparation and both fish entrees were cooked perfect and the flavor was on point.
