Don't stop what employees tell you about prices. The store owner arranged me at a higher price after asking the employees about the price for the new Mozzarella cheese and she said it was the same. He was there while she did my sub-division and just said I'm sorry when he called me at a higher price after clarification with the employee. I wouldn’t recommend relying on the information provided by the employees regarding prices. After inquiring about the cost of the new Mozzarella cheese, I was quoted a higher price by the owner, despite an employee saying it was the same. The owner was present while the employee assisted me and only apologized after he confirmed the higher price. I believe it’s crucial for the owner to ensure that their staff communicates accurate information before a customer makes a purchase based on that information. I’m quite disappointed. The owner could have easily made this right, but chose not to. Not impressed!
