Gabby's Italian Bistro - Lebanon

This is by far the best authentic Italian food I have ever tasted. The lobster and scallop ravioli is a must-try if you enjoy seafood. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area; you definitely won't be disappointed.

I really enjoy the ham and cheese puffs, but I think they could benefit from using real garlic in melted butter both inside and on top, finished off with mozzarella. That's how I usually make them. However, the delivery was impressively fast!

The fettuccine Alfredo was dry, and the accompanying bread was burnt. The portion size was small, and it lacked that authentic Italian flavor. I also tried the garlic cheese bread, which was just okay and a bit too salty. I would suggest that the ingredients be evaluated and that more attention be paid to cooking to improve the overall quality of the food.

I wouldnt order anything I had again. Only reason I ate it was because I didnt want to waste it. Chicken Parm Sub the bread was so hard I could hardly bite through it. Pickle chips the breading was off half of them and soggy. Chicken Francese there were tomatoes in it.

I placed a large takeout order and everything was fresh and hot when I picked it up. I had to wait 30 minutes due to the size of my order, and like many restaurants these days, they were short-staffed. However, the wait was definitely worth it! The food was delicious, and the homemade bread was excellent. They have a wide variety of options on the menu as well. I will definitely be returning!
