I was here for the first time last week and boy have I been missing out! I had a dirty martini ?, which was very good and for my dinner had the scallops with a single crab cake. Both were absolutely delicious. Prices are reasonable and the portions are a lot; I took half of the scallops home and they may have been better the next day. My BF got the veal scallopini and loved it as well. We will be back! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Porch Pub:
We love the veranda, but the staff is tiny, so expect to be patient when they are busy. Eating is fantastic and Joe and Ruthie are a pleasure, but this is not a typical “big time” restaurant. If you don't like to go to quirky somewhere else. But we love the smoked trout, duck, crab cake, fish and all deserts are fabulous. View all feedback.
I had the baked scallops, and they were excellent. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and I really enjoyed the live jazz music performed by Therapy Barn. For my meal, I dined in for dinner. The price per person was around $30–50. I rated the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5. I highly recommend trying the Soup of the Day!
Amazing amazing amazing! I got the chicken Alfredo, blackened and it was delicious! The crème brûlée for desert was super tasty. If you are looking for a nice evening out with great food, I recommended going here. It will not disappoint. The staff was wonderful and incredibly accommodating! We brought our dog and were able to dine outside while choosing from the lighter fare menu. Everything tasted very fresh, and everyone found something they enjoyed. The only thing I wish we had known in advance was the size of the salad portions. One of us ordered a salad for dinner, which was delicious but smaller than we had anticipated. If we had known, we would have simply ordered double. We would definitely return, and there’s a charming restaurant on the second floor that we’re eager to try! As for kid-friendliness, the outdoor seating was perfect for children, and they also provided kid-friendly dinner options that weren't listed on the menu.
This restaurant has an amazing atmosphere, complete with incredible live music! The food is fantastic, earning a solid 5/5. The service is also top-notch, another 5/5. Overall, the atmosphere is just perfect, definitely a 5/5 experience all around!
Be patient. The food is made to order. It takes awhile. If you are in a hurry, don't go. Take your time, enjoy the very impressive beer list and relax. The food is worth waiting for. I don't think I ever left a plate cleaner than I did there. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
