Description
This restaurant presents a dichotomy of experiences, with food quality and service fluctuating significantly. While some patrons rave about flavorful chicken and crisp, well-seasoned fries, others cite disappointment due to long wait times and incorrect orders. Despite occasional standout dishes like fried pickles, consistent service issues leave customers frustrated, especially during busy lunch hours. The atmosphere, often underwhelming, adds to the sense of inconsistency. While the staff has garnered praise for their friendliness, the overall execution—particularly in service efficiency—needs improvement. With potential for great food, it remains to be seen if they can resolve their service woes.

It's no surprise that this place doesn't get much traffic. My husband brought home the usual chicken tenders and fries, but everything tasted like it had been under the heat lamp since morning. The fried pickles were somewhat fresh. I give 1 star for the pickles, 2 stars for the unsweetened tea, and coleslaw.

I ordered a 20-piece chicken fingers meal with half Tongue Torch sauce and half Nuclear sauce. The meal was supposed to come with four sauces, but it seems they didn’t understand what “half of four” meant. Instead of the correct sauces, they provided four of the Tongue Torch and charged us extra for the Nuclear sauce. We didn’t notice this until we got home, which is on us—we should have checked our receipt and order. Overall, I’d rate the food a 4 and the service a 3. This was a takeout dinner.
