It seems like this Arbys has been bad off for years. I wish corporate would either get somebody to turn this location around or close it down. Its been disappointing for years.

Their customer service is horrible.UPDATE: The manager I dealt with was Jalynn, if you as upper management want to correct these things, teaching him CS and recognizing and correcting these type of mistakes would be a good place to start.
