We enjoyed the ar... read more We had a delightful dinner that started with Hamlin's famous White Sauce! and Tortilla chips! We had the #2 Enchilada meal that was excellent! We enjoyed the aromas as they mixed together. The chili sauce on the Enchiladas was delicious. It would also make a great chili for Frito Chili Pie! The fried beans had a big consistency. The salad was fresh. The rice was beautifully flavored, neither too spicy or blanching. ”Go for the white sauce. Stay for dinner!”

Portion sizes are decent, and I couldn't eat anything. Next time I'm in Muskogee.

However, I found the flavors of the Okie Mexican cuisine to be somewhat lacking. While the white sauce was tasty, the salsa could use more seasoning. Overall, the food is good for the price, and the welcoming staff adds to the experience. I had the chicken fajitas and enjoyed them, and I look forward to returning to try other menu items on my next visit to Muskogee.
