I always... read more This is a message directly to the owners. I am a regular customer of your restaurant in Lake Elsinore. The Asian chicken salad is one of my favorites. I always order the crispy chicken. Unfortunately my experience with the food here was bad, I ordered the Asian salad with crispy chicken and the lettuce was already oxidized and the cook told me that it was because of the dressing and that is not true, I have a lot of experience in restaurant food and I know that a dressing doesn't do that anymore, however, they changed my salad to a fresher one and I had to return the salad to the cook because they fried the chicken again and it wasn't the amount of chicken that they always put in the chicken flavor. It was very greasy and the touch of the softness of the chicken and the crunchiness was lost and all that remained was the unpleasantness of the refried chicken, greasy and hard. The very kind waitress asked me if I wanted something else and I couldn't order anything else because it would come from the same cook who was rude enough to send a meal that was very simple to make. The cook does not have professional ethics and respect for the food that his hands offer and that thanks to the clients he has a job and a livelihood. What he did was disrespectful.
