**Restaurant Review: Assessing the Ups and Downs of Panera Bread**
Panera Bread has garnered mixed reviews, reflecting both commendable service and frequent frustrations. While the restaurant is praised for its clean environment and friendly staff, numerous customers have reported issues with missing items, incorrect orders, and limited menu options. Delightful menu items like the French onion soup and new sourdough melts received positive nods, but other patrons lamented disappointing portion sizes and a lack of consistency. Despite its healthy offerings, some wonder if lingering operational mishaps overshadow the dining experience. Overall, while some locations shine, others leave diners wanting a better experience.

I've visited many Panera Bread locations, each with its own unique traits, but I was truly impressed by the quality of food and service at this one. It's especially remarkable given that nearly every location seems understaffed right now, yet they still managed to provide excellent food in a clean setting. Thank you, and hats off to the managers and staff for their teamwork!
Can't seem to have a good experience at this location. Last time, I ordered a pepperoni flatbread, but they made it with buffalo sauce instead. This time, I got the tuna sandwich, which had very little tuna and a hair in one half. I'm done with Panera.
It was only my third visit to a Panera Bread and my first time at this location. I wanted to take my family out for lunch somewhere different, and it turned out to be a regrettable choice! The staff struggled to explain the Take Two deal when I was ordering. When our food arrived, they had forgotten part of our order. The portion sizes were surprisingly small considering the high prices on the menu. The presentation of the food was quite disappointing as well. When I asked for a box to take my sandwich home, they couldn't find one that was large enough for what they had just served me. I ended up getting a refund and I will never return. It's hard to understand why this chain is still in business.
I ordered dinner with the pick 2 option, but when I got home, I discovered that my half sandwich was missing. I called the restaurant, and a young lady took my name and phone number, saying she would add it to a Panera Bread account, which I didn’t have before. When I returned four nights later and provided my phone number, they couldn’t locate my information and were unsure how to resolve the issue. It was late, and as a diabetic, my blood sugar was dropping. With my daughter with me, I requested to place a new order to speed things up. While speaking to my daughter, I referred to the situation as a "disaster," and the staff member told me to leave because I was being "aggressive." I believe they truly are a disaster, and I was neither aggressive nor disrespectful. The manager then handed me a card with her number instead of the district manager's number that I asked for. Their customer service has been terrible, and this is our third disappointing experience there. Save yourself the frustration and just drive to the next Panera.
This Panera Bread is the best I've ever visited. The staff is incredibly friendly, pleasant, and always has a wonderful attitude with great personalities. They're always laughing and having a good time. I ordered catering for a large meeting with 250 people, and they provided us with fantastic food. The salads were delightful, and the pastries were absolutely to die for—so delicious! Their menu is truly impressive.
