Monsta Snow - Murrieta
Monsta Snow
Description
Nestled in Temecula, this boba-and-dessert spot shines with Instagram-worthy decor, diverse milk teas, Monsta Snow, waffle-ice-cream creations, late hours, and dairy-free/vegetarian options. Guests praise the flavors, parking and ADA access, while others note inconsistent service, kiosk glitches, long waits and cleanliness concerns — even reports of a removed food menu. Expect tasty treats and family-friendly vibes, but an uneven experience.

It feels like somewhat recently, boba places have been popping up in Temecula.. . this is such a welcome sign because a few years ago, there were no options for milk tea and cute desserts! The drink selection is good, not great; there's shaved ice (snow) and ice cream offerings in this menu too. Both are good. The quality of boba is very good and some of the drinks are great! Although I got the taro milk tea, it tasted a little grainy.Vegetarian options: Boba is a great vegetarian snack! You can make the drinks out of a milk substitute if you're trying to go animal product free.Kid-friendliness: There is ice cream on the menu and I have never met a child who didn't like ice cream.Parking: This boba spot shares an expansive parking lot with a grocery store. You'll be able to find parking for sure.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA accessible entrance and seating available.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free options are available to those who are lactose intolerant.
Probably going out of business soon because they no longer serve a food menu, the remaining drinks are awful tasting, made with inferior-cheap ingredients and work area is a breading ground for germs, cross contamination with dairy and wheat. Terrible all around. Long wait times, rude service, place smells moldy inside. Next!!!!
Love their boba drinks, ice cream, waffle cones, and hot food options. owner staff are very nice polite they always get our order right. highly recommend!
The slushes had a pleasant sweetness, but I wasn't particularly happy with how they separated.
Went in to order. The person working there just stood there and didn't say anything even though he clearly saw me come in and stand there waiting to order. Went to order from the kiosk and it didn't allow the same customization options. Went back to the counter again and the guy stared at me for a few seconds and disappeared into the back. I was the only customer in there so I stood around another minute and then left when it became clear they weren't going to take orders at the counter.Cool.It might have been the best boba in this hemisphere, but, alas, I'll never know.
