Staff are well trained to make a prope... read more In the last 6 plus years I have often eaten at this underground site (8 or more times a year) and the service is perfect. Staff are well trained to make a proper sandwich with a reasonable amount of ingredients. She doesn't sneak when it comes to laying meat and vegetables like other subways in a nearby city. The dining area is also quite clean. I haven't met any clients of this place who have a handle with the Murphysboro Subway. Sure, every restaurant will make mistakes. I've never done anything here. Keep the good work, Murphysboro Subway Folks!
