Sarah and her staff provided an outstanding return on our investment and exceeded our expectations for a simple, yet elegant meal, meeting the groom’s desire for fried chicken and mashed potatoes as well as the bride’s desire for BBQ cocktails; a menu item that still has guests raving about it on Facebook. The entire team was very professional and flexible enough to support all of our last minute requests. Despite our best planning efforts, we had plenty of them. We asked a lot of One Hot Cookie, had them traveling over an hour to a venue that was pretty austere in terms of catering equipment. However, they were completely up to the challenge and did a phenomenal job with everything from the salads to the hot meal and desserts.
