However! I do warn ordering online, especially if you order on the weekend and/or order a large Chicago style pizza. Although quick and efficient, their automatic online time estimate is about 30 minutes, which may be a bit generous for the large Chicago pizza. I'd say give that at least 45 min before heading over! Waiting on good pizza is something I'm going to continue to regardless and so won't keep us from returning BUT it wasn't super fun standing around for nearly another 30 minutes ...especially after being told it would only be a couple minutes when we walked in, lol. P.s. We got light cheese and extra sauce on the Chicago, and it was great. Also, the staff at the counter were very polite and apologetic.

I called and asked about the delivery time the girl on phone sounded offended and said they don't do time estimates.(I've worked in serval pizza places every place gave estimate times because that how ordering food works even if just a rough estimate) pizza didn't come for a hour and a half was cold.
