This restaurant consistently gets my order wrong. After waiting a few months, I decided to give it another chance, only to be reminded why I stopped going. I tried calling ten times in a row at 7 PM, but no one answered. To top it off, they forgot about a third of my order. KFC has really gone downhill recently. I waited in line for 10 minutes just to place a to-go order before any employee even noticed us. I saw one worker punch the drive-thru screen and break it after someone apparently threw an interception. It used to be fun to come to KFC and enjoy the game while checking out the menu, but now this place feels like a lost cause.
It appears the franchise owner neglects this location. In the past five years, I’ve almost always received incorrect orders during my visits, indicating issues with ownership and management. Employees at other nearby franchises generally perform well, so the problem seems specific to this spot. There seems to be a lack of proper supervision or possibly a general disregard for standards. To be fair, the staff are probably affected by poor oversight and an absent franchise owner.
The combination of KFC and Taco Bell has noticeably reduced the quality of both restaurants.
The restaurant is lovely and clean, with a friendly staff. I will certainly recommend it to my church community. We plan to return soon, especially because the front-end service manager is outstanding.
