Keep calling to place an order and they don’t answer the phone. Don’t hire these kids to get an adults job done.
I was there at 12:20pm and their doors were locked. I guess I won't be eating one today.
I rarely buy pizza at Little Caesars but was enticed by the to the edge pepperoni pizza commercials. So I called and ordered one for pickup. They said it would be ready in about 10 minutes. I drove to location after about 15 minutes picked up pizza and can come back home l live less than 8 minutes from store). Got home and opened box and was thoroughly disappointed. Not only was the pizza stuck to the box, it was lukewarm and looked like it had been sitting there for an hour. Had to use a spatula to scrape the pieces off the box to eat. Will not make that mistake again. Thanks Little Caesars. You've made my rare visits non-existent anymore.
Little Caesar’s usually NEVER has hot and ready pizzas like no location does. but to my surprise there were some ready when I went for last minute dinner here . In and out and still hot and fresh
I just want to say that the customer service at the Murphy store #120456 location is top notch! I was having THE worst day. I was in extreme pain (pre-surgery issues) and ordered from the wrong location. Not my finest moments, however I called the Garland store repeatedly, but it was continuously busy. I went ahead and reordered at the Murphy location (where I thought I initially ordered from lol). Store Manager James got in contact with other location and canceled my order (so I didn't have to drive all of the way back over there or have to deal with it later). The cashier David brought my order out to my car, because he saw how I was in such pain and my day was literally poo poo.Thanks guys!
