Nestled in a vibrant corner, this restaurant boasts a lively outdoor space where guests can enjoy games like Giant Jenga and classic arcade fun. While the atmosphere is inviting, featuring live music and friendly service, the food offers a mixed experience. Some dishes, like brisket tacos and pulled pork, receive praise, while others, such as dry burgers and undercooked chicken, miss the mark. Despite a few logistical hiccups with service and restroom conditions, many diners appreciate the good portions and reasonable prices. Overall, it's a community spot worth checking out for its unique vibe and potential culinary delights.
The restaurant has a cool atmosphere with an outdoor backyard featuring lawn games like giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4, and corn hole. There are also mini arcade games for kids to enjoy. The service was friendly and accommodating with picnic tables for dining. However, the food quality was disappointing. The burger was dry, the kids pizza was not good, and the chicken was undercooked. The manager apologized and rectified the issue. One friend found the brisket baked potato lacking in meat but large in size. On a positive note, the fries were tasty. However, the wait time for food was long and the bathroom lacked soap.
I can't believe I didn't try this place sooner! I used to just walk past the brightly lit patio, but yesterday I finally decided to go in and dine. It was quite busy inside, but there was more seating available in the back and in the backyard. Despite the chilly weather, the staff turned on the patio heaters to keep us warm. I started with the deviled eggs with brisket, which was good but I would have preferred the brisket to be warm instead of cold. For my main course, I ordered the brisket burger and it was absolutely delicious! The meat was cooked perfectly and it came with a generous serving of tasty fries. The staff were friendly and made sure to check on us regularly. It's no wonder this place was so popular! (By the way, they have different half off specials throughout the week!)
This was our first time at this location. We had never heard of it before. We are entirely gluten free, because of autoimmune issues, so eating out is tricky. 98% of their menu is gf, and they take great precautions to keep cross contamination being an issue. We had ribs, brisket tacos, steak, Buffalo wings, a burger, and an awesome brownie. All were amazingly delicious. They also had live music, which we enjoyed. Great food, and fun atmosphere. We highly recommend this place. ????
Great place! Happy hour?. Half price appetizer pulled pork nachos $5 Tito?s spiked lemonade Pulled pork spud Rib plate w/fries My husband is a BBQ lover and I might have unintentionally lead him to think this was a BBQ smokehouse. It is not, however, the food was delicious. My husband felt the ribs fell short, but he was wanting reall smokehouse BBQ. They were tenderand fell off the bone. The pP nachos were huge and half price. Can?t go wrong. The PP Baker was huge as well loaded with lots ofmeat and fixings. The service was spot on and we were in and hour within. 45 minutes.
When I went there was a fairly small menu (all the food options was on one side of a page). Nothing wrong with that. I like places with limited options. It usually means there is more consistency in being able to make everything on the menu well. Thisplace also seems more BBQ focused. I ordered the brisket burger with sweet potato fries. It was good. I kinda wish there wasa different sauce that was given for the fries other than ketchup, but that is just personal preference. The outdoor seatlooked nice. Don't come to Murphy very often but I can image this being a fun, local hangout.
