I was very disappointed in the quali... read more I am 35 weeks pregnant and was craving KFC, so my fiancé ordered us the chicken meal bucket to share and eat over the week. I was very disappointed in the quality. The biscuits were hard and the macaroni was old. Shortly after eating the food me and my fiancé got food poisoning. It sucks because we had to throw everything out. A big waste of money.

She asked me if it was sp... read more For starters, it's dirty inside. Secondly, I stated I wanted combo 13 to the blond at the restaurant, and she rang me up the number 1. She asked me if it was spicy or classic, and I said classic.she had an attitude the whole time and seemed like she only cared about her friends working in the back. I had to repeat multiple times what I had said for my other orders as well. To top it off, when it started getting hectic, they started verbally arguing about not having the product cooked. They need to get their act together in that kitchen. I will say though that I will be opening my options up to the chicken choices and that the food was good!

I only order original dark meat chicken. I order, I pay, they don't hav r any prepared. I ordered the 3 piece but got charged for the four piece. I asked for the manager and asked for my money back. I used my debit card. Three weeks now and still have not gotten my money returned. Will not be back to the KFC in Murphy NC.
