Excellent Resteraunt and some of the best beef liver you could ever eat! And the different salads on the salad bar was welcoming! You must try the coconut cream pie! Great service! Great place!

Well prepared dishes. Varied menu. Good salad bar with a few unique items such as pimento cheese and Watergate salad. My husband loved his grill trout but it wasn't very big (full portion). The salad and soup bar helped fill him up(additional $3.99 withentree). My blog was filled with bacon and had the best thick sliced fried green tomato slice I've ever tasted. The reason Ionly gave 4 stars is their appetizers seemed overpriced. $10 for fried green tomatoes and pickles? Not sure how many you get butthat's same price as some of their sandwiches. It's just the 2 of us. Give us smaller appetizer portions and don't charge asmuch.

I can't comment on the regular service, but our banquet experience was very disappointing. As a former server, I understand the challenges of managing a large group—ours had 60 people with only three or four servers. It’s nearly impossible to keep drinks refilled and bread coming for everyone, and I expected the food to take some time. However, what really let me down was the lack of attention to detail and the disinterest in making things right. Being seven months pregnant and quite hungry, I waited an hour before asking for bread. Over the next 45 minutes, I had to ask three different servers before any bread arrived, and that was after most guests had already been served. By then, I felt sick and miserable. My meal arrived 30 to 40 minutes after others started eating, followed by the bread a few minutes later, but I was too unwell to eat. Although I knew pregnancy could cause me to get sick quickly without food and had eaten a granola bar beforehand anticipating a wait, the constant need to ask for bread during the 90-minute wait was frustrating. When the meal was finally served but untouched, and I declined a takeout box, there was no apology or even a question about why I hadn’t eaten. A simple apology for the delay would have meant a lot, but instead I left feeling miserable and completely uninterested in returning.

I requested my burger medium-well, and it was cooked perfectly. The steamed broccoli was tasty, and I really enjoy their iced tea. Sasha was an excellent waitress!

I had a wonderful experience at Brother's Restaurant. Our server, Terry K, was polite and well-informed, providing great recommendations tailored to our preferences. The food arrived hot, fresh, and in generous portions. Each dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making the visit even more enjoyable.
