Newk's Express Cafe - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Newk's Express Cafe:
Foods great but the manager is rude. First time here, ordered my food and asked for a small soft drink. When the manager brought our food to us she state I did not pay for a soft drink and that the small cups are for water only. I informed her that this was what I asked for and was given. Trip to Murfreesboro today... Good trip except it will probably be my last trip to Newk's at the Avenue. Food was great. Kids first time, they loved it. Sweet tea urns were both on the verge of soured. I told one of the young ladies working. Oh, no! I'll tell my manager. She comes back with another young lady who tastes the tea.
