The service was quick, but my drink was underfilled! I ordered a caramel iced coffee, and it was only three-quarters full.
I wasn't very impressed with my experience. My wife and I wanted bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel, but we were told they didn't have any bagel buns available. I ended up ordering a bacon, egg, and cheese on a regular bun instead, but the cheese was so cold it seemed like it had just come out of the refrigerator. Don't they make them fresh anymore and heat them up so the cheese melts? If this continues, I probably won't return.
Bought kids chicken nuggets, came out hot and they ate them fast.
You pay for a hamburger but you get more bread than anything else. The patty is the smallest thing on any of their hamburgers.. They are just out for money they don't care about their customers!
Went threw the drive threw.. got the wrong burger..went in told the young man the order was wrong he looked at the ticket the burger asked what's wrong with it? I explained he called back to the kitchen to remake it.. 2nd 1 was wrong..went back in ..hetold me that's what I ordered and was just trying to be a karen... manager came up I showed her my order explained what he saidshe got the correct burger and I left.. smh all because they made the wrong burger with the info right in front of them.????????
