Great food at an affordable price. But be careful. You only take cash or check. I went in with some money and expected to put the rest on a map. I didn't have enough money to pull the rest out of the ATM to pay the rest of the bill. The owner of the restaurant understood the situation and allowed me to pay for 75% of the bill with the money I had and gave me the food I ordered. My family and I were very happy with th... What User doesn't like about Napoli Pizza Italian:
Well would be nice to tell you how the food was but I wouldn't know. We went on a Friday night around 7pm. We went inside and waited for over 25 minutes. No one approached us or said anything. The place looked like chaos to me. Waitress walked by us,people stared at us. I tried getting waitress attention to no avail. View all feedback.
You can't go wrong with this place! The food, service, and atmosphere all get a perfect score of 5.
Very disappointed. Got the manicotti with chicken added. The chicken was dry and flavorless. The sauce was plain tomato sauce with no seasoning. It tasted like a frozen meal. When I asked the manager for a refund or a replacement meal, I was told no to both. They told me they would give me half off the meal, and a order of free French fries. I don't know why they offered fries at an italian place, but I declined. They said the meal comes frozen, precooked, and it's not homemade so they can't do anything about flavor. I had to pay half price, $8, for a meal I took 2 bites of. On top of that, its cash only, so no way to get a refund by disputing the charge. Will not go back. Don't recommend.
They have nice mozzarella sticks. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Fried Mozzarella Sticks
Specifically chose this restaurant because it had great reviews, but unfortunately, nothing about our experience was great. For those of you that still plan to dine here, they only accept CASH or CHECK. I went yesterday to dine with friends and family everyone in my party agrees that it will be our first and last time dining here. Every entrée that came to the table was incredibly bland and the two entrées that did have chicken came with incredibly dry chicken. The tomato sauce that is served with the calzone is definitely dumped straight from a can without any kind of sprucing up. One entrée was so bad, we were requesting to send it back to the kitchen. When the manager came to the table, she told us we could pay half for said entrée and she will bring fries to the table in lieu of that entrée. I don't see how a side order of fries makes up for a whole dinner entrée. I also don't see how paying half makes up for a whole entrée thrown away. She even admitted to the table that the entrée wasn't made in house which explains a lot. Stouffer's frozen lasagna has more flavor than all 4 dishes that were ordered last night. There is no pride put into the restaurant, food, nor the service. Management is apparently new and the restaurant was way better prior to the manager(s) that are currently on duty. I highly recommend dining elsewhere. Because of the poor customer service and bland food, I wouldn't eat here again if the food and the gas to get there were free.
The food was average. The atmosphere was very dimly lit. It was strange that they only accepted cash, but it seems like many restaurants in North Carolina do the same. I ordered the mozzarella sticks and deluxe stromboli, both of which were just okay. My wife ordered the steak and cheese sub and thought she could make a better one at home. Additionally, the sub didn't even come with fries. The service was lacking. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience.
