Fast and courteous service at the drive thru, however, they would not accept my Happy gift card. I checked later and the card was valid, so, they have some sort of problem with their network. Food was good. No issue there.Edit: I have since learned that the type of gift card I used required being entered as credit, which was unknown to me and probably the gentleman at the drive-thru, as well, so they are off the hook... What Dane Langosh doesn't like about Burger King:
Waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order. Circle the restaurant 2 times. I even tried to go in. The one employee was more concerned with the car of friends at the window. I asked if they were still opened. The employee said yes come on in. I would do that but the doors were locked. View all feedback.
Poor service we waited 15 minutes while drive through was taking care of first then while we waited another guy (is all I'm going to say)got his food after we ordered
The girl at night in the drive thru with the mustache and a bug on her shirt did a lot of joking around for me to wait five minutes for my food to be completely wrong.
What can I say, I love me a whopper with cheese every now and then. This Burger King has came through with a great tasting burger ever since the first one I ordered, and that was many years ago.The only problem now is the drive thru line is always LONG, and slow.But, I've just went inside, and ordered it to go, and went on my merry way.
They don’t answer the phone. They forgot my sons breakfast sandwich today. I’m called you guys over 10x
Lady yelling at you whole time she takes your order. Food was good it should be when you wait 20 mins.
