Sh... read more When we arrived, I asked the host to be seated away from other diners due to my hyperosmia. He did. Our server was new but did a great job taking care of us. She refilled my drink without me having to ask, checked on us without being irritating, and wasvery pleasant. The bread and oil they bring out was a little extra dry and crispy. We started with Bang Bang Shrimp and Beef andGinger Potstickers. The shrimp was delicious. The potstickers were steamed instead of fried, so a little disappointed there, butthe sauce was great. We both ordered Mahi Mahi and shrimp. The seasoning was good, but in my opinion, the fish and shrimp wereovercooked. The fish was very dense and didn't flake easily, and the shrimp was somewhat chewy. My wife's sides were cookedgreat (green beans and asparagus). My sides were garlic mashed potatoes and jasmine rice. The potatoes were good, but wasn'tvery garlicy in my opinion. The rice was excellent. It tasted as if it was flavored with butter, very delicious. Towards the endof our meal, however, the host decided to put some females at the table right behind me, and they were wearing a lot of perfume.Started great and ended very poorly. Service from our server was the highlight of our visit.

The trout had lots of bones. We hadto ask for bread

I like to get the salmon topped with Lilly 's chicken toppings..I like the goat cheese with spinach and I think it pairs nicely with the salmon. My husband got the rainbow trout which was filleted which caused it to be overcooked anda bit dry. And to really over do it the imperial dip was really great, lots of cheesy goodness, oh and my house salad was actualmuch better than I expected, calamata olives and topped with pumpkin seeds.

There have been slight menu changes and quality upgrades and down degrades over the years but for the most part is all still very good. Good drink specials and known for a solid brunchby the locals. Easy location to get in-and-out of an always had pleasant experiences with the staff.

Before they bring your food they start you out with their delicious warm bread with butter which is so good! I ordered the jumbo shrimp with fries and the house salad which was absolutelydelicious! My husband ordered the fish and chips which was very good as well. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. We had agreat experience and I highly recommend Bonefish Grill if you have never eaten there.
