Other tables around us received hot towels, which is... read more While the food was quite spicy, I did enjoy the butter chicken. However, I left feeling very disappointed. Other tables around us received hot towels, which is a standard courtesy in most restaurants, but we didn’t get any. It felt as though we were treated differently for no apparent reason. Every guest should be treated equally, without exception. When we asked the staff about the hot towels, they informed us that they had run out—surprising for such a well-known establishment. It left me wondering why they wouldn’t ensure they had enough to maintain their service standards. Perhaps, no one should have received hot towels that day if they were out of stock. Before the owner responds to this review with, "Did you mention this to the staff?"—yes, I did. I even let them know the food was very spicy, but they simply continued with their routine without any acknowledgment. This visit was extremely disappointing and felt like a waste of both time and money. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. It has too much hype and fails to live up to expectations.
