What Nichole Fisher likes about Pho Hoa:
Was thinking for a good place to drink hot soup after a long tiring day a work and all I could think about is Pho Hoa. I'll never get tired of their Chicken noodle soup. The best!! View all feedback. What Blanche Mertz doesn't like about Pho Hoa:
Did not like the food... Did not like the service so nothing much to say... We tried our very best to appreciate the food but nothing was exceptional nor equivalent to normal... The servers were not attentive, not well-informed on the menu and above all else not happy about what they are doing... I really hate the feeling they give as if saying "You're not welcome". h...
