Contribute Feedback What Shania Bosco doesn't like about Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken:
The exuberance of the welcome greeting loses its sincerity once service commences. Water and menu needed to be asked. I felt that some of the staff were on an endo contract due to their demeanor that just exuded sadness. The lack of ooomph for sincere customer service just made the food bland to our taste no matter how good our orders must have been. Not going back. View all feedback.
Peri-Peri Charcoal is one of the many Peri-Peri chicken stores that have become famous in recent months. I do not think that this place is the best in itself, but it's still a good place to eat, especially if you dine as a large group. The staff welcomes you directly while entering the restaurant. You will be set by your host / hostess and then get a glass of water immediately. I ordered the patatas barava as an appetizer. It was a mixture of thick cut and crispy cut fries with salsa and cheese. Nothing special about this, but I can not deny that it was definitely delicious. Who hates fries at all? The astrud plate contained a quarter peri-peri chicken leg, two fried fish sticks with a side dish tartar, corn and a pile of Java rice. The chicken leg was absolutely juicy for me. I just hoped that she left it a little longer on the grill, so that the skin got these barbecues and the smoky taste. The fishstock was ok. It was the sauce Tartar, which made her very special. Heck, I even dived my chicken in this sauce Tartar and it was great! The Java rice did not really have extra taste, but I appreciated the massive serving of it! I think the highlight of Peri-Peri Charcoal is the selection of sauces. Although I had a portion, two sauces stabbed out. Her Cajun Remoulade Sauce was a delicious dip sauce for my chicken. I liked it especially because it is based on cream. It had a good amount of garlic taste, but nothing to overwhelming. Chili Peppa was also a good dip sauce for the chicken. I liked it because it was both sharp and delicious. The sharpness could be improved :) But as far as the taste is concerned, you did not make it.
Pros: Very juicy chicken PERI-PERI and sauces, even if mild is full of taste. Disadvantages: Since it is cooked on order, you will expect a waiting time by 20 minutes, also for just a Bahia (quarter chicken and 1 side dish)

Bad service of all time !!!! We ordered 4 stuff: a half chicken, pork belly, salpicao and soup. The chicken and salpicao were average. The pork belly was cruel - no taste - and the soup never arrived. Do not eat here if you want a good service. The waiters are nice, but the branch does not know what she does: 1. Our appetizer, the Salpicao, came well after our main courses (chicken and pork belly) ... and only after we worked twice; 2. Our soup has never arrived. In fact, there was a bit of serenity because we thought the sauce of pork belly was the soup, as she did not seem to know what we wanted; and 3. Our soup was not just never ... after we couldceled her, she added her to our bill and I had to be angry before her cashier did something about it. This is unacceptable. If I could give these guys a zero, I would. Never visit this place. The food is overpriced and that's okay if it tasted good, but not - and the service is more than horrible. Do yourself a favor and do not take care of this place. There are better chicken lokers in the city. Even an old village like that of Max is miles better. Heck, Jollibee could be better. I have the feeling that they stole 45 minutes of my life because I aggravated me.
