I always search for new places to eat and found myself here in Kusè that serves Filipino cuisine. I was with my guy and took a break from our christmas shopping. I was sick the time we ate here so I was not really in the mood of crazy eating but my taste buds came to life when I tasted their food.

What Edwin Schultz doesn't like about Kuse:
Dined here for lunch with the family. Ordered the bulalo, inihaw na pusit, rice, and pansit lucban. The bulalo is yummy and served hot. The inihaw na pusit only came with 2 pieces of small pusit, and the pansit lucban was very good but oily and it's only good for 2 people. We think everything on their menu is salty. We always have fish sauce when eating but when we ate here, it was no longer needed because of saltine... View all feedback.
Finally trying to eat here. they serve lutong bahay. Unfortunately, the prices are very expensive or perhaps their resto is good for group meal, because for 1 order of a teller costs about 300 450 pesos. Eat is good. nothing special with the teller we ordered.
Visited this resto for their unique dishes seafood tinola, which comes perfectly for the rainy season in a large bowl with a large bowl of rice-deliziell prepared. just a bit expensive, but good enough to share between 2-3 people, I guess. the personal is friendly and accentuated with clean and tidy environment.
If they want a taste of poor. they said the 1,250 package can be good for 4-5 people. then they served only a thin strip of limpo, which can be divided into 5 small pieces (60pesos worth,) 1 very small grilled bangus (35pesosworth,) a bowl of laings and a plate of pansit. we also ordered the ribeye steak from her restaurant-count onkel cheffy, which is considered chew striploins. don't worry, they can try to escape.
We stopped by Festival Mall for dinner and we were enticed by the beautiful menu posted outside the restaurant. We ordered Bulalo, Fried Pla-Pla and Bagnet. After 10 minutes, the food was delivered to our table which was good but we were surprised to see the Bulalo only had 3 vegetables in it: corn, baguio beans and 3 pieces of sliced pechay baguio. The soup tasted like it was seasoned only with broth cubes. The Bulalo was a let down, and the fried Pla-pla was a bit dry, bland and not crispy. We enjoyed the Bagnet, because it was crispy and juicy. The crew was very courteous and the environment was clean and orderly.

By the way, I'm a sucker for dinuguan. The only thing I'm not fond of is the place itself; a bit narrow and is connected to another restaurant (I think is a sister company) and their yellow lights! Too yellow. They could put some white lights to brighten up the place and the ambience. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my experience here and will...read more
