I’m giving 4 stars solely for their aubergine pesto Pinsa. It was soft, delicious, and topped with the freshest cheese you could taste. Ironically, given the restaurant's name, I found their pasta highly disappointing. The portions were enormous, none of us could finish them and the taste was nothing extraordinary. The tomato sauce lacked freshness and was overly tangy. The Tiramisu was also underwhelming: too creamy, with no balance of flavors. The homemade lemonade wasn’t anything special either. I’d recommend visiting the place just for the Pinsa. The servers were friendly and spoke English, and their cellar seating has a really cool vibe. Great place for some good pasta, we had the spaghetti pistachio pesto, the gnocchi aurora, the goat cheese salad and the spaghetti burrata and every single dish was amazing, we were three people and shared everything and it was plentiful and delicious.
