The restaurant sta... read more I dined at Pier Head on Sunday, July 16th, 2017, and everything was flawless from start to finish. My partner and I got engaged that evening! The restaurant staff were incredibly supportive in the weeks before our visit, assisting my fiancé with the proposal arrangements. The team went above and beyond, providing us with the perfect room adorned with special touches and even helping craft ideal cover stories. The restaurant’s views are absolutely stunning. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner, and every meal was outstanding. I can’t wait to return to our favorite spot!

I enjoyed dinner at the bar, where the food was superb. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented, accompanied by an amazing view from the dining area. The reception team was friendly, professional, and efficient, as were the staff in both the bar and restaurant. As Arnold Schwarzenegger famously said, I’ll be back.

The mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable, clearly not meeting hotel standards. The springs pressed into my back, making it feel like I was lying directly on the wooden bed frame. This is unacceptable for a hotel.
