Quay - Mullaghmore
Menu
A complete menu of Quay from Mullaghmore featuring all 51 meals and drinks can be found here on the menu.
The Quay Bar is a picturesque spot in a fishing village, offering limited but satisfying options like seafood soup. While the fish and chips are excellent and the view of the bay is stunning, the service can be lacking due to understaffing. Multiple orders were missing items, but the location and outdoor seating possibilities make it worth another try. The pantry section offers fresh takeout options at reasonable prices. Overall, the restaurant is a pleasant place with friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere perfect for a leisurely meal in Mullaghmore.

Was Anonym at Quay a mag?
Great pub in the Pier Head Hotel in Mullaghmore for a good pint of Guinness and a tasty meal. I visited on two evenings and enjoyed the chicken taco meal and the chicken goujons meal. There's a lovely relaxing atmosphere here on a quiet September evening, when the crowds have gone home. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Quay:
Since we were in the area we thought we stop for a bite to eat. I was excited at the thought of getting some fresh seafood since this place was a fishing village. The Quay bar from the outside gave off great impression and I was excited and when we popped in the they were only doing soup or a sandwich. I was disappointed to say the least. I had the soup which was grand and it did fill me up, but I was looking for a b... View all feedback.
On an annoying, rainy day it was a joy in and sample of fine farewell. Really good Fish Chips!!
This restaurant experience was extremely disappointing. My partner and I ordered from here twice within a span of 3 days, and both times we were missing half of our food. The first time, we received someone else's order so we had to get our money back and reorder. Even then, my partner received a roll instead of the wrap he had ordered. The second time was even worse, as we spent 40€ on food and didn't even receive half of what we had ordered. My boyfriend had to go down to the restaurant to see what had happened, and he found our missing food sitting at the deli counter for the last 20 minutes. It seems like there is a significant lack of attention to detail when it comes to bagging the food. Needless to say, we won't be ordering from this restaurant again.
The staff at Carter the Quay are extremely friendly and helpful. They are always willing to assist and make the experience enjoyable. The food is fresh and the shop is very clean. The prices may be a bit high, but that is expected for a convenience store. Overall, it is the best shop in Waterford.
Great place to get a drink& watch the comings and goings at the Boat quay. On a good day it's near impossible to get a seat outside. Very popular with locals and tourists. Tons of seats and tables inside without the views of the boats. It's all about the exterior seats.
Very good food with great views of the harbor. It's some of the best fish and chips we've ever had. Excellent service from the waiters.
