Now, if you’re looking for an Marriott experience, you won’t be disappointed. It is very on Brand Marriott. It is a little bit on the older side and a little bit tired. However, what a lacks in fresh amenities it makes up with top notch Customer service from all members, especially liked Alessandro at the bar.

My room wasn’t really when I arrived after check-in t... read more The hotel is really old and run-down. The rooms are not very quiet and you can hear people in the hallway. My room wasn’t really when I arrived after check-in time. The receptionist said it would be available in 10-20 minutes. I came back after 30 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

However when we got to the 11th floor where... read more The room is probably one of worst Westin’s I’ve stayed in. The interior of the lobby looks very modern and inviting. However when we got to the 11th floor where our room was it smelled like a washroom. As we entered the room we noticed it’s very dated compared to what other Westin hotels have (New York, Toronto, London). We didn’t hold high expectations yet we were still dissapointed
