It is sometimes... read more Sat down for dinner at this lovely out-of-the-way local place at 1840 and still made it to our seats for a concert at the Olympic Halle by 2000. It is sometimes tough to find quick service in Europe but this place fit our needs perfectly. We ordered 2 cocktails and 2 pasta dishes and were served cold drinks and piping-hot food in a very efficient manner. The pasta entrees were filling and under 9 Euro each - great value for money. The waiter spoke several different languages (German, English, Spanish and Italian among a few). Staff was friendly and quick - the restaurant was busy but we were seated immediately. (Maybe they knew we were concert-goers)? Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to eat near the Olympic Halle and want to avoid the restaurants at BMW World.

The kitchen is excellent, I am Italian and food is absolutely great. Did not eat such good pasta dishes in many places in Rome as in the Tre Denari. The chef and most of the personal are Italian, you are welcomed very charmingly and last but not least: the prices are absolutely fair. Apart from pasta there are several beef and fish meals and a very good pizza that can also be taken home. From starters over to meals, salad and even the original espresso. Very good! From lunch to dinner, up to 23:00 it is always open. Have always a look on the first page of the menu: it comes with the meals of the day, recommended by the chef. I have been many times already there, always very happy and will come back very soon.
