The Kaiserschmarrn wasn't caramelized, it was a bit too firm; I suspect too few eggs and too much flour. It was also without raisins, without almonds, and not sweet enough. That should really be top-notch for an Austrian restaurant. The service, however, was very friendly and attentive.
